I've always had an interest in the gym and staying in shape. From back in my early years as a swimmer, to the US Navy as an air traffic controller and surfing in California and about 5 years ago I decided to compete in the NPC Men's Physique for the first time.

I then went on to compete in Classic Physique.

This ultimately led me to making this my lifestyle and to purchasing Iron City Gym! 

I love what I do, I love this gym, and I love helping people. 

If you are someone looking to make that change, looking to take your fitness to the next level, looking to actually get in the best shape of your life and do what you've been thinking and saying to yourself now for months or even years... then I would love to help.

Coach Ryan

Coach Ryan has been a certified personal trainer and health coach since 1997 and over 125,000 hours of personal training experience. Coach Ryan has dedicated his life to health and fitness and made it his mission to share his knowledge with everyone he comes in contact with. 

Ryan understands there is so many misleading information out there that can be very confusing to most of us, so he has taken it upon himself to perpetually learn and research independent studies done on the areas of holistic health, holistic nutrition, alternative medicine, fitness, natural movements, ecology, and good ol' strength training.
 
Coach Ryan brings a very dynamic method of training and nutrition protocols to his in-person and online training clients whether they are house moms or professional athletes.
 
When it comes to the area of health and wellness, Ryan is the "go to guy". His knowledge on prevention of illness is vast and holistic. He believes that there is one main cause for every health and weight issue...and that is Poor Life Style Habits.

Since the age of 4 years old, I've been involved with sports. Baseball was my first passion and love. Later on I became a pro-ball player but due to circumstances in my life, I adapted an unhealthy life style and reached a high level of obesity. 

That experience taught me the importance of being healthy and made me appreciate my former days as an athlete, therefore starting my journey and career as a bodybuilder and personal trainer.
 
The most wonderful achievements that I've had is helping others to reach any kind of goal with my knowledge on nutrition and training.

Lindsay Mulinazzi

My name is Lindsay Mulinazzi. I have been helping clients since 1996 with their health and fitness goals.  I graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business. 

I moved to Texas in 2007 and was excited to find Iron City Gym. I made it my home base to offer my personal training and nutrition services. It’s a small family atmosphere with a hardcore vibe that I love, even though many members are beginners.
 
I love to motivate and help those aspiring to achieve their optimal fitness level. 
Over the past 20 years I have competed in fitness, physique and bodybuilding competitions at the national level.
 
I have designed nutrition and training programs for many NFL athletes including Hall of Fame athlete, Shannon Sharpe. Currently, I coach men and women world-wide for competition, as well as those wanting to reach a higher level of health and fitness.

My name is Cristian Rivera. When I was a freshman in high school, I looked at myself in the mirror and told myself I wanted to be bigger and have more muscle.
 
I hit the gym everyday meeting people, trainers, and bodybuilders, I learned from everyone. I became obsessed with fitness and became a NASM certified personal Trainer so that I can guide, educate and inspire people to make a change like I did.
 
I enjoy helping others reach their goals whether it be adding on muscle, increasing strength, or losing body fat. Above all else, I believe enjoyment of the process is key. If you love the challenge of changing yourself for the better, nothing is going to stop you and I'll be here to lead the way!
