Job Position: Iron City Gym Crew
As an Iron City Gym Crew Member, you will be the face of our gym, greeting members, assisting with inquiries, maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility, and ensuring that all equipment is in top condition. This multifaceted role is essential to providing a pleasant workout environment for all our members.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and handle their inquiries at the front desk.
- Sell memberships with our software system.
- Ensure all gym equipment is well-maintained and in working order.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the gym, including locker rooms and common areas.
At Iron City we cross train all positions to find the best position for each individual.
